I am number 4 movie date + SuJu Super Show 3 in Manila = LOVE

Here's the thing, it was February 26, 2011, our 40th month together. We only celebrate like one monthsary in every 3 months and that day was just a perfect day to date, and we didn't need to spend a dime. Since it was the Super Junior's Super Show 3 in Manila, at the Araneta Coliseum, baby's older sister is such a die hard fan and had been waiting for it for about 3 months already. Since the concert starts late in the afternoon and will also end so late at night, someone needed to go with her so she wouldn't have to go home alone. She asked his bunso brother (baby) to come since all their other brothers were busy at work that day, and baby would be alone and it was the 26th of Feb (our monthsary), they asked me to go with them, and at the same time accompany baby while ate M is watching the concert.

Ate M treated us to a movie date, and since a friend mentioned that "I am number 4" was such a great movie, we opted to watch it instead of another option which is Unknown. Btw, before the movie treat, Ate M also treated me a DQ Snickers Blizzard for me to try for the first time. And to my surprise, I wasn't impressed and even said, "I still love McDonald's Oreo Hot Fudge Sundae!" Hahaha.

While we wait to go inside the cinema.

And back to the movie, it was super mega nice! I super loved the movie, and I fell deeply in love with the very manly Alex Pettyfer who is number "4" also known as John Smith for invisibility purposes, LOL. And my idol, Dianna Agron looked very beautiful as usual. Basically I loved the concept of the movie, especially that even though it's like from outer space chorva, it's not corny at all. I love how the movie went and the ending left me waiting for more. Especially that they (number 4 & 6) are on the lookout for number 5, 7, 8 and 9. So definitely there's a part2.

Right after the movie. Still inside the theatre.

After the movie, we had dinner at the Food Court. I just had Lasagna from Pizza Hut and he got 2 kinds of ulam with rice. And then just took pictures:

Right after dinner, Ate M was calling to be picked up from the coliseum. It ended quite earlier than we all expected but baby and I were happy because we didn't have to wait for so long. When we met her, we had coffee at Starbucks and since it was just along the exits of the coliseum, it was very much crowded. Yet we found seats and took pictures of the SuJu Super Show 3 goodies.

That's all for tonight's blog! So here's my outfit for that day!

Feature Friday: Ava Te

I first encountered Ms. Ava Te online when I posted a question in my Tumblr account asking for my followers' blogger sites for me to follow as I'm planning to move here in blogger. When I first saw her site, I got really interested and the very first thing I did was hit the "follow" button.

I am very much fascinated about fashion blogging, especially that I'm a big fan of Ms. Tricia Gosingtian and is very much inspired by her work. And when I saw Ms. Ava's blog, I got more inspired with fashion blogging that I'd start it myself though it's a big frustration of mine. So I decided to feature Ms. Ava this week because I can say that it was her blog that helped me discover more blogs about fashion here in blogger.

Thank you Ms. Ava again for this favor, hoping to meet you in person. God bless! :)

1) So tell us a little something about yourself?
-I'm a little bit of everything; I'm a mother, a student, a blogger, a frustrated artist and a fashion lover, all rolled into one. :)

2) When did you start blogging and What/Who pushed you into making one?
-I started blogging circa 2005. My blog back then wasn't blogger yet. I stumbled upon my schoolmate's Xanga and tried it out myself. I really enjoyed it, because I got to share with people what I love and from then on, I just kept going. :)

3) How would you define your personal style?
-I love my basics. If you can see, I have a lot of OTD that has basic clothes, but of course I also love experimenting with the clothes I have. I don't rely on trends that much because they easily fade, so it's best to experiment with what you have in your closet. :) Like the great Yves Saint Laurent said, "Fashions fade, Style is eternal."

4) Who, would you say, are your fashion icons/inspirations?
-I personally love Molly RIngwald a.k.a. Andie Walsh from the Pretty in Pink movie. If you've seen it, you'll really love it. She's a poor girl, but yet she makes the most of what she has and she's very stylish. It's a must watch movie if you love the 80's and fashion. :) I also get fashion inspirations from fellow bloggers, Chictopia and magazines. Its amazing what you can find there. :)

5) Other than fashion and blogging, what other hobbies are you into?
-Aside from fashion and blogging, I also love doodling or sketching. Art is actually my first love, I guess that's why I treat fashion as a form of art. :) I also enjoy collecting trinkets and reading pocket books. :)

6) Any tips or advise to those who would like to start a blog or fashion blog?
- First of all, don't be afraid to try it out. Experiment and just have fun. :) Don't frustrate yourself in having to be perfect or readers who push you off the edge. Blogging is about YOU and you have the right to express yourself there. Who knows, you might inspire someone to blog as well. ;)

You know it's him when you have the weirdest feeling that everything's just meant to be.

So I want you all to meet the love of my life.

Personal Data
Full Name: Loreto J. Ilagan II
Nickname: Kogan/Dok
City Address: Camella Homes, Paranaque
Age: 20
Birthday: May 9

Here are some pictures of us together :)

I just miss him. I miss us always so happy and in love. Unlike nowadays, it's just so sad to think that not a day passed by without us fighting over something so shallow. Oh well, even though we argue a lot, I know that our love for each other is what's important! Nothing can ruin the bond that we have, especially that it's love that composes it.

"Kung sino pa ang malapit sa Diyos, sila pa ang ubod ng sama ang ugali."

From Telenovelas to real life, kung sino pa ang pala-dasal, pala-simba, sila pa ang kontrabida na gumagawa ng mga bagay na sobrang masama. I experience this everytime nalang na magParish Exposure ako, and today, it is not only me who experienced it, but my cousin din.

  1. The rude Parish Secretary: So today, meron nag-inquire kung magkano magpa-house blessing. Re-enactment, game:
PS: Ano tingin mo dito, palaisdaan?
G - Natahimik
PS: Osige.

2. The Pilosopo Tindera: My cousin's experience, habang bibili ng softdrinks..

Cousin: Pabili po ng softdrinks.
Parish Tindera: Anong softdrinks?
May RC, sprite, coke..
PT: Meron nga..
C: Sige ate, RC nalang po..

So.. they're rude, pilosopo and they think they're all that! THEY ARE JUST MERE RUDE. Nakakainis. SHAME on them, mabait lang sila kapag may Pari sa paligid nila.

I myself, dress up a lot.

So you see, I myself love to dress up. But the thing is, only when I'm in Dubai. We all know that people here in the Philippines are insecure. You dress up a little, they'll think your so "OA" or "Maarte". Especially when you wear stylish clothes and high heels/boots when you'll only be taking the jeep or LRT on your way. So that explains why I don't really dress up, here. Maybe only then when I have my own car :D

I know there are a lot of stylish and passionista bloggers out there! Maybe you can check this out and give me tips? Thank you :">

Strama Party.

And by that, I just mean that we're doing strama, overnight.

I am currently here at a guy friend's house in Las Pinas to finish our Strategic Management paper which is due on Wednesday, February 9th. We have already finished chapters 1 - 4 and we still have 4 more to accomplish by tonight. We have started chapters 5 & 6 and for some reason, we just can't get it done. Not that we fully blame our professor for being a so "petiks" instructor, this is just the season to be lazy. Anyways, I just took a break from doing all this paperworks. So... I took photos just for the sake of entertaining myself! :D

ARRIBA LETRAN!

PS: I apologize for the low quality photos and my very healthy eyebags! :))

Let me share to you my Graduation Pictures.

In Toga, Gown and Filipiana.

What I miss doing most..

Since I've reached this point in my life - 4th year college to be exact - my life has been boring. Boring in the sense that I don't have a life.

When I was still in my early years of college, of course, everything just felt soo High School and "petiks" was the word I usually use for it. And when the last year of college was nearing, I must admit, I was excited as it was going to be the last and though I expected it to be harder and more pressuring, it was worst than I have expected.

So the things I miss most as soon as I stepped in my fourth year of college:
  1. Watching movies on theatres
  2. Taking walks in the park
  3. Having coffee with friends
  4. Late nights with cousins
  5. Pampering myself with Manicure and Pedicure
  6. Shopping (online)
  7. DANCIIIIING
  8. Playing Tennis
  9. (Real) Date with the boyfriend
So basically, what I do today, is just give my all to every requirement I need to accomplish in order for me to graduate!
